Roku Gin Summer Terrace
To promote Suntory's Roku Gin, I created an immersive summer pop-up experience in London inspired by Japanese seasonal traditions.
I developed a bespoke menu concept featuring kakigori cocktails and original takoyaki, sourced a retro kakigori machine from Japan, and collaborated with designers to build a Japanese garden setting.
To enhance authenticity, I organised takoyaki training and original recipe development sessions with experts from Otafuku’s Hiroshima HQ for the London kitchen team.
To drive engagement and PR, I curated a series of events including takoyaki cooking classes, kokedama workshops, and a Tanabata Star Festival, bringing Japanese summer culture to life for local audiences.
